By accessing and using Aureva Styles at aurevastyles.com you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What Aureva Styles does

Aureva Styles is an AI-powered outfit finder. We suggest complete outfits for your occasion using products from our UK partner retailers, and we earn affiliate commission when you buy through links on our site. Where we don't have a partner product for a particular piece, we may show a styling suggestion that links to external retailers or shopping results instead. Prices, images and availability are provided by retailers and may change without notice. We do not sell products directly.

3. Affiliate disclosure

We participate in affiliate marketing through the Awin network. We earn a commission when you click a product link and make a purchase on a retailer's website, at no extra cost to you — the price is the same whether you arrive via our link or directly. This relationship never influences which products we show.

4. Price accuracy

We make every effort to show accurate prices in GBP, but prices change frequently and we cannot guarantee the price shown on Aureva Styles matches the retailer's site at the moment of purchase. Always check the final price on the retailer's website before buying. We are not responsible for price discrepancies.

5. AI-generated suggestions

Outfit suggestions are generated by artificial intelligence and are for inspiration only. We strive for relevance but do not guarantee that suggested items will be available, in stock, or suitable for your specific needs. Please use your own judgement when making purchasing decisions, and refer to each retailer's size guides and return policies.

6. Features in development

Some features may be described as "coming soon". A virtual try-on feature is not currently offered. If and when we launch it, results will be illustrative only and may not reflect actual fit, colour or appearance, and we will publish clear terms and privacy details for it beforehand.

7. User conduct

You agree not to use Aureva Styles for any unlawful purpose, to scrape or extract data from the site in bulk, or to interfere with or disrupt the service.

8. Intellectual property

The Aureva Styles name, branding, design and code are owned by Aureva Styles and protected by copyright. Our AI outfit suggestions are powered by third-party AI technology used under licence. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

9. External links and link policy

Aureva Styles links to third-party retailer websites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or terms. Your interactions with retailers are governed by their own terms — please read their return policies before buying.

Outfit items use two kinds of links. Partner links go to retailers in the Awin affiliate network and are tracked, so we may earn a commission. Styling suggestions — shown when we don't have a partner match for a piece — link to external retailers or shopping results, and may point to a search rather than one specific product, so the exact item, price, image and availability may differ. Product images are supplied by retailers, may differ from the item delivered, and can change or be removed at any time.

10. Limitation of liability

Aureva Styles is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability or availability of the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will post a notice of significant changes on the site.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
