Aureva Styles is an AI-powered outfit finder operated at aurevastyles.com. We help shoppers discover complete outfits for any occasion, with real prices from our partner retailers. "We", "us" and "our" refer to Aureva Styles.

2. What information we collect

We collect the search queries you enter so we can build outfit suggestions. We also collect standard technical information automatically — your IP address, browser type, pages visited and time on site — through analytics tools. We do not require an account, and we do not ask for your name or address to use the service.

3. How we use your information

We use your search queries to generate AI outfit suggestions. We use technical and analytics data to understand how the service is used, improve it, and fix issues. We do not use your information to build advertising profiles or to track you across other websites.

4. Affiliate links and retailers

Aureva Styles contains affiliate links to our UK partner retailers (Goddiva, Proviz, Philip Jones Jewellery, Goldsmiths and others) through the Awin affiliate network. When you click a link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Once you leave our site, each retailer's own privacy policy governs how they handle your data.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to make the site work, and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use it. You can control cookies through your browser. We do not use cookies to serve you targeted advertising or to track you across other sites.

6. Virtual try-on

We do not currently offer photo upload or virtual try-on, and we do not collect or store any photos of you. If we introduce a try-on feature in future, we will update this policy first and clearly explain how images are handled before you use it.

7. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share your search queries or personal information with retailers. We share data only with the service providers who help us run the site — our hosting provider (Vercel), our AI provider (Anthropic), and our analytics provider (Google) — each bound by data-processing terms.

8. Data retention

Search queries may be retained for up to 30 days to help us improve the service. Analytics data is retained for up to 26 months. You can ask us to delete data we hold about you at any time.

9. Your rights (UK GDPR)

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request erasure, object to or restrict processing, and request data portability. To exercise any of these, email contact@aurevastyles.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

10. Children

Our service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time and will post a notice of significant changes on the site. Continued use of Aureva Styles after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
